4. A 30-minute review call

   After that you know where to start.

Why me

I am not a software salesman. I have done this work myself — since 2012 in six industries: car dealership, retail, security services, fitness, social care and e-commerce. Four years of it as an administrative manager: rosters, documentation, public authorities, purchasing. Most recently B2B customer service for a distributor.

And before that I ran a business of my own, with staff. I know what it is like when everything ends up on the owner’s desk.

Common questions

What does the audit cost?

€490 as an introductory price, limited to three businesses. €990 after that. If I do not find five hours a week, you pay nothing.

How much of my time does it take?

45 minutes. One single call. After that you get a written document and a 30-minute review call. There are no further meetings.

Who is this for?

Owner-run businesses with 3 to 30 staff, where the owner still does the admin work. Trades, workshops, security services, care providers, retail and small service companies.

Do I need to know anything about AI?

No. This is not about AI. It is about your rosters, your quotes and your paperwork. Which tool does the work is secondary.

What happens to my data?

For every tool I recommend, the report states which data goes where. I prefer providers with EU-based servers and a data processing agreement. A legal assessment of your compliance is not part of the audit.

Do you work outside Germany?

Yes. The whole audit works remotely by video, anywhere in Europe. I work in English, German and Romanian.

What if you find nothing?

Then you pay nothing. That is agreed in writing before we start.
