How the test works

Why it is expensive
The hours that show up nowhere
You know your hourly rate. You know fairly precisely what a job costs and what it brings in.
None of those figures record that on Tuesday you spent forty minutes on a quote that is ninety percent identical to the last one. Or that on Thursday you spent half an hour looking for an order confirmation you knew perfectly well existed.
That work has no name and no invoice. It is simply gone.
I add them up. Task by task, with frequency and duration. At the end there is a number, and next to it what can be taken off your desk.

A 45-minute video call
I ask, you talk. One appointment, nothing more.
Two to three days of analysis
I work out where your time goes — task by task, with frequency and duration.
A written report
Three to seven concrete tools, what they cost, how many hours per week they give back, which data goes where — and a plan for the first four days.
A 30-minute review call
After that you know where to start.
What it costs
If I don’t find five hours a week, you pay nothing.
That is agreed in writing before we start. I carry the risk, not you.
I give you the price in the first call. The call itself is free.
This covers the call, the analysis, the written report with a four-day starting plan and the review call.

Why me
I have done this work myself
For four years I ran social care facilities across several sites. Over forty staff coordinated at nine locations, responsible for several hundred residents. Rosters, reporting, public authorities, stock, health and safety. That was the job, not a part of it.
Before that, security work with my own licence, three years at the Audi plant site in vehicle preparation and used cars, retail with stock control and till accounting. Most recently B2B customer service for a distributor, with a ticketing system and an ERP.
And before all that, a business of my own with staff. I know what it is like when everything ends up on the owner’s desk.
When you describe your process, I will not need to ask what you mean. I have stood in that spot.
Certified under §34a of the German Trade Regulation Act. Own security licence. English, German and Romanian.

What I do not sell
- No software. No vendor pays me for a recommendation. That is why the report also says where a purchase is not worth it.
- No training course that takes your people off the job for three days.
- No legal advice. Where data protection or employment law begins, I tell you that you need a specialist.
- No subscription. One call, one report, done. What you implement is up to you.
Common questions
- What does the audit cost?
- I give you the price in the first call, which is free. If I do not find five hours a week, you pay nothing for the audit.
- How much of my time does it take?
- 45 minutes. One single call. After that you get a written document and a 30-minute review call. There are no further meetings.
- Who is this for?
- Owner-run businesses with 3 to 30 staff, where the owner still does the admin work. Trades, workshops, accounting and payroll offices, security and cleaning services, social care, retail, hospitality, engineering offices and small service companies.
- Do I need to know anything about AI?
- No. This is not about AI. It is about your rosters, your quotes and your paperwork. Which tool does the work is secondary.
- Will I have to buy new software?
- Not necessarily. Often what you already have can be used better. Where a purchase does pay off, the report states the price so you can do the maths yourself.
- What happens to my data?
- For every tool I recommend, the report states which data goes where. I prefer providers with EU-based servers and a data processing agreement. A legal assessment of your compliance is not part of the audit.
- Do you work outside Germany?
- Yes. The whole audit works remotely by video, anywhere in Europe. I work in English, German and Romanian.
- What if you find nothing?
- Then you pay nothing. That is agreed in writing before we start.
